Concert Week!
The bands have been working so very hard for their first performance of the concert season.
Reminders:
1) Holiday Band Concert Tickets for 12.11.25 at 7:00 PM – This is reserved seating, not general seating. Please plan accordingly. It is highly encouraged to purchase your tickets ahead of time to make your life a little easier that evening.
To help everyone enjoy the concert, please avoid leaving single-seat gaps when selecting your seats. The ticket link is below.
2) Holiday Band Concert Volunteers – We are looking for volunteers to help scan tickets, distribute programs, usher, sell donuts, and assist in other important roles. Thank you so much for supporting our students and families.
3) Donut Sales – MBPA will be selling boxes of glazed donuts for $15 from a new vendor. Welcome to Donut Land in Brunswick!! You don’t want to miss these before they sell out!!
4) MUSICAL BEE CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS – MBPA will have a “Pop Up” store selling limited quantities of Shirts, Shorts, Garment Bags, Magnets and Pins as requested from our Band Parents for stocking stuffers this season. We will also have our new Musical Bee Christmas Ornament. The 2025 Musical Bee Christmas Ornament can be purchased online from the MBPA and you can either collect it at the Holiday Concert on Thursday, December 11th or we can hand them out to your student during class on Friday, December 12th 2025. Only Limited Quantities are Available! They are $15 cash or $16 online/credit card. Click on the link to purchase an ornament.

5) Severance Hall Performance and Ticket Sales – Symphony Band & Concert Band

Tickets are general admission and cost $15 dollars each.
We have been provided an initial block of 300 tickets to sell. If we sell out, more can be ordered.
MBPA will have a table set up before and after our Holiday Concert to sell Severance Tickets in advance.
MBPA will accept cash or checks. Additionally, they will accept Credit Cards for a small processing fee.
Medina’s performance is scheduled approximately at 6:00 PM. Our parents may want to arrive during the Cincinnati Wind Ensemble. This is a general seating event. By the time Medina performs, Revere and Cuyahoga Falls parents will most likely clear out and you can move forward in your seats if you’d like.

6) MARCHING BAND 2026 – There was already a date change made by OMEA and I am working on updating the calendar accordingly. I will be sending an email soon with tentative rehearsal dates and performance dates. I know how important it is to get this information out early. Many families, including mine, like to make summer travel plans as far in advance as possible.
Reminder, all families of juniors who attend the MCCC. I do not know how, but I will make sure one way or another that your child can participate in marching band their senior year if they so desire. Please just make sure that your student is communicating with me so that we can work it out together.
