Monday 8/17 – 6:00 – 8:30 PM
“Drill Down” – Approximately 7:30pm – All are welcome to attend and watch.
- Medina Band Show T-Shirt Sales before and after practice
- ALL Guard, Percussion, Brass, and Woodwinds (in the future this will be referred to as FULL BAND or FULL ENSEMBLE)
- Arrive between 5:45–5:55 AM
- Drop off at Performing Arts Center
- Report directly to your dot in basics block for attendance
- Bring instrument, music, pencils, and money for snacks ($0.50–$1 per snack item)
Tuesday 8/18 – Nothing
Wednesday 8/19 – First Day of School
- Students can drop off instruments, change of shoes, and water bottle to their instrument locker before 1st Period
- We rehearse during 12th period band outside on the practice lot.
- Students are released from class at approximately 2:18 giving them time to put their instrument away and to catch their bus if they need to do so. Class officially ends at 2:22.
Thursday 8/20
- 12th Period Band
- Break from 2:22 to 2:40 to allow students to change clothes if they desire to do so.
- After School Practice – 2:40 – 5:00 pm – Full Band (everyone)
- Percussion Only – 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Friday 8/21 – First Football Game
- 12th Period Band
- Away Football Game to Findley – Itinerary Folder
